An enriching supply chain experience was the signature line when the business was established. 11 years after its humble beginning, the DNX management never separated from its tagline. The tagline became the culture of the company and it continues to enrich customer experience every day, and with every shipment it delivers. The founders, the first-generation businessmen Vidyadhar Shinde & Raju Salve have rich experience in sales and operations management. The company began with its services in Maharashtra and expanded its network to other states of India. Winning trust by on-time performance, cost-effective logistics solutions and managing deliveries of critical shipments, DNX secured its place as one of the leading cargo service providers in India.

A commerce graduate and the first-generation businessman, Shinde has no dearth of passion and experience. A hardworking salesman, and believer in the team, Shinde has the rare ability to connect with the customers and his team that built the DNX, a company with an annual turnover of Rs. 45 Crores. A visionary and adaptable to change management, he is also responsible for managing the finances and human resource department of the company.
The founder with a passion to drive customer experience, manages all India operations of the company. An excellent human, Salve is credited with modern operation management of the company. Effective route management and driving vehicle efficiency is the backbone for the industry and he hasmastery in it. Like his partner, Raju has a dream to establish DNX the number one service provider in the Industry. Salve is also responsible for the customer service department.
Dipesh KDirector – Technology
A former American Express executive in the USA, Dipesh is a multidimensional personality. The man of few words, Dipesh is loaded with the latest technological solutions. His innovative solutions in route optimization have proved game-changer for the company. An extraordinary individual, he has a significant contribution to the creation of an aggressive DNX which delivers great customer satisfaction and value for money.
Postgraduate from the University of Pune, and former Vice President at DTDC, D.S.Patil has 28 years’ experience in express couriers and logistics. His passion to drive franchisee management, quick management solutions, brand positioning, management training, and communication skills have been widely admired. At DNX, he is driving franchisee management and new business initiatives in alignment with the board of directors.
Sunil PawarRegional Hub Manager - Operations
As a result-driven management leader with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in logistics, including B2B, B2C E-commerce, Sunil Pawar has a knack for quick turnaround, can convert challenging operations into great ones, handle cross-functional alignment with HR and instil vision to achieve the company's goals. He's highly skilled in negotiations, operations management, supply chain optimization, import and export and manages a team of 50-60 professionals, 30-35 vehicles fleet and over 6000 packages efficiently every day! He's a dynamic professional with a focus towards providing customized solutions to customers.
Another veteran in the field of accounts and finance, Prakash Desai has been inducted in the DNX team at the end of Financial Year 2019-20. He is heading the commercial department that includes accounts, finance, billing, and credit control for the company. He is part of DNX’s core management team.

As a Customer Success Manager, she works hard to further enhance DNX’s commitment towards service excellence and is dedicated to ensuring seamless customer experience because our goal is not only to meet expectations but to exceed them, which is customer delight. She's here to help maintain the synergy level between customer support and operations team, resolve high escalations of customers and is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

We have a team that is trained to handle sensitive service level escalations lead by Snehal Bhardi.
